How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing inside your MyTaxWriteOffs account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until then.

Is my bank data secure?

Yes. We connect to your bank via Plaid with read-only access — we can never move or modify your funds. Your bank login credentials are entered directly on your bank's interface and are never stored on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
